She had an HONEST answer to every question we had. We were specifically interested in one house when we reached out to her to set up a tour. We were only in town for a weekend before moving here permanently, so we had to move fast. We absolutely loved that house, but she suggested viewing others before making a decision. Corey cleared her schedule, and we went on a whirlwind weekend with her showing us 3-5 other houses. We then went back to the original house and put in an offer. Corey was wonderful throughout the entire process - showings, our offer, the inspection, closing, etc. We are so glad we chose Corey to facilitate this process for us. THANK YOU!

"Corey was our broker for buying our first house. We actually negotiated a lower price than she suggested, which seemed strange, but maybe not so much. After closing we were left with thousands of dollars of repairs that the seller was supposed to fix by contract. Corey did not do a walk through within the last 2 weeks before closing to see if repairs were being done. At our final walk through an hour before closing, nearly nothing was fixed and we were faced with walking away or taking only $500 to fix thousands of dollars of work. False invoices were also given to us the day of closing by the seller, listing repairs that were never done, by electric and plumbing companies that do not exist online or by address or phone number on the invoice. The seller also posted a false address for themselves, when we mentioned it, Corey claimed that address just wasn't on Google Maps yet. We were assured the appliances were in working order, "consider it sweetening the deal"; we paid to have the washer and dryer hauled off, and the pool turned green within 3 days of signing.We have multiple HVAC issues, a cracked tub that was hidden by water being in the tub during the walk through, a broken roofing brace that was not disclosed, several electrical issues, the plumbing alone was over $800 and even though she assured us the warranty would cover everything, it covered nearly nothing. After calling Corey, said she would fix it, wanted our invoices that we paid to the plumbers, no response after 2 months."

"I can’t say enough good things about this Realtor. Corey was recommended to me by friends after having a very frustrating time trying to buy a “For Sale By Owner.” Corey stepped in and helped negotiate woth a seller who didn’t want to sell. She not only got the price lower considerably but made the entire thing go more smoothly than I could have asked for. I didn’t know what to expect going into this, she kept me up to date consistently. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell!"
